Done! Our customer service will contact you via email within 2 working days.
NOTE: Due to the customs policy of international shipping, tools like glue, wax, and battery may not be included in the package. But don't worry, these tools can be easily found in your local stores. If you need help figuring out which specific glue or battery matches your kits or need further help, please feel free to contact our customer service team: service@robotime.com

Acabo de montar el kit LC901C Cuckoo Clock (perfecto).Sólo tengo un pequeño problema, y pido ayuda, el reloj funciona bien y el cuco también, pero el cuco canta un cuarto de hora antes de la hora y no sé cómo ponerlo bien. Ayúdanme. Gracias. Saludos.

Hi Pendulum stops working after a few hours and then restarts again after approx one hour I’ve renewed the batteries but still the same it keeps perfect time. Thanks Marc
